6 large eggs

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

2 slices white bread, cubed

1 pound sausage, browned

1 cup cheddar cheese

In a bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt, dry mustard and mix well. Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Layer browned sausage, bread cubes and cheese in the dish. Pour the egg mixture over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

*Serves 6.

*For 8 servings, use 3 slices of bread and 8 eggs.
